SHIPPING POLICY

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping to destinations within Portugal. Available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
3.Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the recipient's location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
4.Shipping Fees
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over a certain value (€75). Conditions for free shipping will be specified on the checkout page.
Shipping Costs: For orders below the minimum value for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Exact rates will be displayed during the checkout process.
5. Shipping Tracking

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Return Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 business days from the date you receive your order. Products must be in original condition and unused to be eligible for return or exchange.

Packaging: Pack items securely to prevent damage during transportation. We recommend reusing the original packaging if possible.
